Working at home

Online sessions

If you aren't local, or are can't join in person, you can still access the benefits of Meditation, and Mindset. You can join online - and most sessions are available for catch up, so they work around your life.

Meditation Class

In Person Groups

We currently have groups running in Killinchy and Saintfield.

In person groups are even more special as we create a relaxing ambiance with candle light, essential oils, warming herbal teas and sweet treats. There will be a full range of resources and tools each session for you to take away and continue the rituals from class in your own home.

Come to a class and experience community in the company of like minded "friends you just haven't met yet".

Using Tablet at the Park

On Demand Programs

A selection of recorded sessions are available for you to enjoy at your own pace, anytime, anywhere. 

Including "10 Weeks to a New You" and "Real Life Hacks for Parents (and other busy people!)".

Once purchased, these courses are available in your members area, for you to come back to at anytime.
